The Dolmabahce Palace was built by Sultan Abdulmecid and symbolizes the grandeur of the late Ottoman Empire. Located in the kitchen building of the palace, the "Palace Collections Museum" exhibits various objects of historical and cultural value and presents the Ottoman heritage to visitors.
