As first-time visitors of Istanbul, we accidentally saw the ads of Istanbul Tourist Pass and bought it. It improved our itinirary way more than we expected and helped us save so much time, money, and energy. First of all, it has a useful app for android and ios. It has categories such as sightseeing, guided tours, museums, etc. You can see a variety of suggestions and services under each. As someone who had never been to Istanbul, i didn't have any idea which places to visit to make the best of our trip. But going through the menus of the app, i found so many interesting things to do and places to visit. That includes historical places, tours, shows, museums, etc. Moreover, under each entry, you can read all the details of that place such as the hours, locations, meeting points, and last but not the least, a video of that place which gives you a good idea of what to expect. Depending on the type of pass you buy, you can make reservation for the places you want to visit, simply by clicking on them. A large number of places don't even need reservations. You just walk in for free, only showing your digital pass. When there are guided tours available, you can only enter with the tour guides, who, in my experience, were very punctual, knowledgable and friendly. I myself organized an enjoyable itinirary. Too bad our trip was only for a few days. Otherwise, we could have visited more interesting places. Next time, i would definitely use istanbul tourist pass again.

Istanbul Tourist Pass is absolutely incredible! We purchased the five day pass and absolutely got our moneys worth. Our favorite activities were Dolmabahçe Palace, the dinner cruise, and Hagia Sofia.

Amazing! I definitely recommend to anyone who will come to Istanbul! Me and my husband came to the Istanbul on December 1st to spent our holiday in here but we didn't know how to explore here by ourself because it was our first time in here and there is sooo much thing to do in here! After we saw an ad about Istanbul Tourist Pass we decided to give it a try. After we bought the 3 day pass the customer support welcomed us and ask us if we have any plan on Istanbul! Luckily we were about to ask them but they are better than we expected! They helped us to start with plan that what should we do in here for 3 days, and then we went to the Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Islamic Art Museum and Dolmabahce Guided Tours and we really had fun with the guide's. They are super punctual, knowledgable and helpfull with us and They really spoke english very well! Then we had so much fun on Bosphorus Dinner Cruise and we ended our last day in Istanbul like that. Unfortunately we couldn't attend Galata Tower but im sure that we will definitely be with Istanbul Tourist Pass again for our next trip in Istanbul. Thank you Istanbul Tourist Pass for the best help you all ever did to make our trip so much better!

Good way to explore Istanbul, we went to the main attraction points with the pass, the best bit is it allows you to jump all the big queue. It saves a lot of time and energy! Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a tour in Topkapi Palac and was guided by Ayse (Aisyah). She was very informative and super friendly! We learned a lot about the place, as well as the history behind it and its relations with other places. We also had a tour at Hagia Sophia Mosque with Ilke Nur! She was very accommodating and friendly, constantly interacting with us and asking us questions just to test us! I highly recommend Istanbul Tourist Pass guided tours if you want to learn more about Istanbul and its rich history! We are also very happy and satisfied with both tour guides. We took the Istanbul pass for three days and everything worked perfectly. When we hesitated, customer service was always available via WhatsApp and responded quickly. Great value for the price paid.

Istanbul Tourist pass is really good, I took a 7 day pass. The Bursa trip included in the pass was very good, The guide Mehmet (Muhammad) was a very nice guy. Made the trip enjoyable.

Very happy that we made the decision to purchase this pass. We have already enjoyed the Prince's Lunch Cruise and the Galata Towers. Will be recommending others to use this tour pass.

Despite a bit of a mix up at the start of this visit - our Guide was late and couldn't remain with us at the museum, it was an excellent visit. The quality of Greek and Roman artefacts on display was exceptional. I loved it. The museum grounds and location are peaceful next to Gulhane Park.

What a fantastic experience! I had a delightful insight into Turkish culture - the cuisine, the traditional dances and clothing, and most importantly, the service was second to none.

Our tour guide who unfortunately got soaked in the Topkapi palace was very knowledgeable about the Hagia Sofia. We really enjoyed his explanation and insights about the future transition plan.

Had a great time on the cruise dinner. Food was okay but the overall vibe was off the charts. All performances were really good and engaging. The service was great too.

We decided to visit the Dolmabahçe Palace only a few hours in advance. Responsive and helpful customer service - from pre-booking through to informing us where to meet. Easy to identify as the guide held a white flag with 'Istanbul Tourist Pass' on it. The guide (Uğur) was also very friendly, passionate and informative. He got all of us in quickly with the skip-the-line tickets. The guided part was only in the first 30-40 mins outside and then we made our way into the palace at our own pace and time. The palace was incredibly beautiful - intricate interiors and exquisite exteriors with stunning coastal views. Well worth a visit.

The dinner cruise was excellent! Good food with good vibes. Unmatched experience. Highly recommended.
